Solution

Quick Fix

Open .NET Command Prompt
Start -> Program Files -> Microsoft .Net Framework SDK V2.0 -> SDK Command Prompt

On The Command Prompt type
aspnet_regiis -i

This will Start installing ASP.NET (2.0.50727).

Guess Problem will be fixed. For me this did the trick .
