System.ArgumentException Format of the initialization string does not conform to specification starting at index. This is working on local machine even when i give the connection string as the remote servers. but when I 
upload the appliation to the server it doesnot work

I an using IXwebhosting for hosting  server and database

Check your connection string. 

I changed my connection string from 
    

TO 

    


AND IT WORKED

I guess removing of Persist Security Info=True; and changing the connection string worked for me.
