Method:

mix flour(maida) ,warm water,ghee,SALT.knead the dough well.make into
balls roll out the balls into thin chappathis,pat on one side of chappathis
with ghee mixed with oil.fold the chappathis like vishari and fold it
again from two sides.put one on top of the other.roll out .cook on a
tava.while cooking you may add ghee.
