To Configure your Nokie E71 mobile to access 3G . 

Send SMS the following SMS to 58355
NOKIA E71

or 

Send : "NOKIA E71" without quotes to 58355

You would start receing configuration messages you would be prompted for a pin. 
the pin code is 1111

Please remember you need to open all the messages and do the needfull for all of them. they are for different service like mms, streaming etc
